Open enrollment is in the Spring every year. This year, it is April 15, 2025 through May 8, 2025. During this time you can find out about rates and any upcoming changes. This is your annual opportunity to make new benefit elections to be effective for July 1. Please check back to find out the actual start and end dates each year so you do not miss it.

To login to the system, use your network credentials, for example, FirstName.LastName (NOT your email) and your network/email password.

With Employee Self Service (ESS) you can:

• Update your contact information, such as address and telephone number.
• Ensure dependent and beneficiary information is correct and always up to date.
• Make benefit changes due to qualifying life events such as birth of a child, marriage, divorce or loss of coverage.
• View and print copies of your pay checks and Form W2s.
• View and update your Form W4.
• Use a pay check simulator, which provides an ESTIMATE of what your pay check would look like based on variables you enter.
